Points can only be earned for actions taken after the Rewards Program launch. You can still earn points by following us on a different social media channel or leaving a review for another product. While we can’t award points for past actions, we’re so grateful for your ongoing support!

If you’ve previously earned free 25 count Activator Capsule packs through referrals, those promo codes will already be in your account. However, points for purchases and actions can only be earned after the program launch and cannot be applied retroactively.

To redeem points, log in to your account, redeem your desired reward, and apply it at checkout. Points and rewards cannot be reversed once redeemed. When you select to redeem points on a subscription, it will automatically be applied to your next order.
